Slot Tech
Repairs and conducts preventative maintenance on slot machines and related equipment. Installs and moves slot machines on the casino floor and to/from the repair shop.
Slot Attendant
We are seeking a slot attendant. The Slot Attendant provides fast, friendly service to slot patrons, while ensuring slot machines are functioning properly. Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
Keno Writer/ Runner
This position assists in the operation of Keno games by offering play to restaurant patrons, collecting bets and paying winnings to patrons accurately and professionally.
Warehouse
Performs warehouse operations and activities, including the storage of materials, picking, packaging, scanning, preparing doers for delivery or pickup, receive and process warehouse stock products and perform inventory controls and keep quality standards.
Player’s Club Host
Position provides exceptional customer service to Players Club members while staffing the Players Club station, including communication program features and assisting with membership registration and database entries. Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration
Drop/Count Team
Collects, transports, counts and reconciles monies from the slot drop and count according to set procedures. Responsible for detecting, recording and reporting any problems to the supervisor on duty for resolution. May be responsible for daily reports, minor repairs and maintenance of the shift/count equipment. Applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
Cage Cashier
We are currently seeking a Cage Cashier to safeguards assets that flow into and out of the Cage for the assigned shift. This position is also responsible for cashing customer’s checks and redeeming coins. This is a tipped position!
Cocktail Server
Provides beverage service to guests in a prompt, courteous manner, taking steps to ensure superior level of guest satisfaction and to inspire future patronage. Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid Alcohol Awareness and Sparks Police cards required. Must be able to stand and walk, while carrying tray, for duration of shift.
Food Server
We are seeking a friendly and customer service oriented server to join our team! This person is responsible for providing food service to guests in a competent, professional manner from the time they are seated until they leave the restaurant.
Barback
Responsible for stocking the bar with supplies, including liquor, wine, beers, and kegs, replenishing ice and preparing fruit to garnish drinks. Is also responsible for washing and stocking glasses and bar equipment. Fills in for bartender.
Line Cook
We are currently seeking full-time Line Cooks. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, seasoning and cooking meats, vegetables, and desserts in accordance with Baldini’s standards of excellence. Experience cooking in a professional environment is required.
Gift Shop Cashier
Completes cash, credit or comp transactions in exchange for goods. Provides excellent customer service to patrons and employees. Prior cash handling experience is preferred.
Hostess / Cashier
The Host/Cashier will work in our restaurants, greeting guests in person and by telephone using high standards of etiquette and polish, providing seating in a timely manner, and responsible for handling cash register transactions. Prior money handling and customer service experience preferred.
Dishwasher
The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning, transporting and storing all pots, pans, dishes and utensils used in the Food & Beverage operations. Maintains cleanliness of kitchen areas.
Busser
Responsible for cleaning and bussing tables, transporting dishes and utensils to the dish room. Maintains cleanliness of restaurant furniture, floors and walls.
Heavy Duty Cleaner
This position performs heavy duty cleaning in the kitchens and food preparation areas. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally. Must be able to use hands and fingers, talk, hear, stoop, knell, crouch, smell.
Security Officer
We are currently seeking a full-time Security Officer. The Security Officer is responsible for security/safety/loss control operations during assigned shift to promote a secure environment within Baldini’s, and maintain high quality levels of customer service.
Engineer 3
We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our engineering team!
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing.
- Repairs or replaces defective equipment, components or wiring.
- Inspects and tests electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, to ensure compatibility and safety of systems
- Repairs or replaces wiring, equipment and fixtures.
- Plans layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
- Ensures that all work is performed in a safe and prudent manner.
- Inform supervisor as to the status of work performed and any problems that arise in the facility.
Requirements:
- Be 21 years or older
- Have Electrical/Electrician experience and/or HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- Have English language proficiency: read; write; speak.
- Be able to work full time. Including Holidays, weekends, evenings.
- Have High School diploma or GED
- Be able to lift up 50 lbs
