There are two wonderful charities we’re partnered with and here’s how it works:
Toys for Tots
Last year 197,000 toys were distributed to less fortunate children, and this year the goal is 200,000 toys. We’re still 400 families short this year so won’t you please pitch in and help? Bring new unwrapped toys and drop them in the donation bins located at the Players Club.
Local Toys for Tots Coordinator Ken Santor, says, “We know that come Christmas morning when those kids open that present, they’re going to have a grin from ear to ear.”
The Food Bank of Northern Nevada
Feeding the hungry today and solving hunger tomorrow means that the Northern Nevada Food Bank supplies emergency food to more than 91,000 people per month, mostly seniors and children. Your contribution of non-perishable food items makes all the difference. Won’t you please help today?
Drop your donations of either new unwrapped toys or non-perishable food items in the bins at the Players Club. Contribute to one or both of these worthy causes and benefit our community, friends, and families.
